Adsum Auxilium (Latin for 'Help is Here') Ltd was founded in 1999 by James Leeper to assist companies in implementing business improvement & increase profitability. Over time, Adsum has evolved into a successful & innovative consultancy offering cost-effective & creative solutions, particularly within the insurance sector, through:

» Business development - facilitating introductions (B2B, people-to-people); strategic client relationship development; dealing with challenges of new technology/employment regulations and cost control; research & one-off special projects.

» Team development - assessing & coordinating talents of others to achieve objectives.

» Personal coaching - in-house & external executive and career coaching.

Known as a 'Door Opener', my clients value my deliberately diverse experience in Risk and the Human Face of Change. This includes over 20 years in Aviation, Marine, Oil and Gas Insurance Broking & Risk Management; Client Management; business improvement and change programmes. More than that, my own life balance is important so I go fly-fishing, play Real Tennis at MCC & Lords, enjoy watching rugby and love cricket. I have been a Trustee/Non-executive director of Scope. And as a Lord's Taverner and Chairman of the City Region, I have raised funds to give youngsters a sporting chance. Most importantly though, I must acknowledge, in depth, the continual love and support of my family (including our sloppy Great Dane!)"
